At Nosepicki™, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is incomplete, defective, or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee or replacement.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will either provide a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not issue refunds in the following situations:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (such as providing an incorrect shipping address)
- You are simply unhappy with the product
We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the item does not meet the criteria listed above, or if the product has been used, altered, or damaged in any way after delivery.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Please note: Refunds are only issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly to get your products to you as fast as possible. While canceling an order after it's been processed isn't always possible, we're here to help!
If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello.nosepicki@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. We'll do our best to cancel your order before it ships. If we're able to cancel in time, we'll process your refund right away.
